About Arthur...
I
began my career in Austin, TX in 1982 as a project manager for a local
developer and broker. I've developed
several office, retail, and residential projects still successfully
operating in Austin today. I've held licenses in four states,
completed major developments across the country, lived and worked in Europe
and Asia, and have had the great
fortune to build a broad and comprehensive career in real estate
Consulting, Sales, Development, Transactions, and Management of both
commercial and residential... representing owners on projects
and transactions of all types and sizes up to $400million. Along the
way I've pursued my own development interests, putting my own capital at
risk.
Educated as a Master in
Business Administration [University of Texas, Austin] and Structural Engineer [Purdue
University], I've
worked diligently to leverage my education and experience
throughout my career and volunteer leadership. I believe strongly in
the power of knowledge, and seek to surround myself with bright people from
whom I can continue to learn and grow. I focus, work hard, and have
fun along the way.

Above all, I am an
honorable, dedicated, disciplined, and tenacious professional. I carefully and
creatively apply what I've learned, eagerly seek greater
knowledge and insight from others, and operate under an umbrella of mutual
respect. I love living in Austin, TX with my wife and
best friend Stephanie—a bright, creative
professional
and animal lover—and
together we
explore all this wonderful city has to offer.
